Basically...do
not worrry anymore than being in NYC or Chicago. Frankly, I
am more scared in Chicago anymore. I have been to Bogota about
seven or eight times and I have gone everywhere. Even a new
"Hard Rock Cafe" has sprung up now.
The malls and architecture are quite modern and beautiful, but not
nearly so as the terrific and beautiful ladies. For a long time I
convinced myself that it was not possible that the ladies could actually
be so sweet and loving. While I tried to find faults or develop concerns
of "women wanting U.S. visas" I just could not prove that there was
malice or bad intent in any way. The ladies that I have met through
Nelson's agency have been very, very nice and really just wanting
a good husband who will not run around on them. They always tell me.
"I want a man who is fidel." This meaning of course fidelity and faithfulness.
Almost all that I have met (except two -both professional women) have
wanted to remain in Colombia with her husband if possible, yet readily
will go anywhere when they love their man.
However, true love seems to conquer all in Colombia and when you get
the "look" that develops with the softness and beautiful brown eyes
looking up at you shining with love, you will know what I mean. We
men really are not appreciated here and have an extremely small chance
of finding happiness anymore. Therefore it was VERY hard for me to
believe that I could be more appreciated by a wide range of ladies
in Colombia. It has taken me about one and one-half years to overcome
the surprise and suspicion that I have harbored for the past fifteen
years due to the situation here. No way you can imagine it, it has
to be experienced in Colombia.
I have gone to many, many restaurants, shops, museums and walked from
nightclub to nightclub at night in the good areas. I have never had
a problem other than my date's purse was stolen off her chair by a
very professional thief. Thievery does seem to be the biggest problem
that I have encountered, especially if you tempt them or try to act
like a gringo tourist.
As for Nelson's agency, I can say nothing except good. It is not only
the best and most affordable agency in Colombia, it is the most fun.
I have met many beautiful ladies there and Nelson does a great job
of screening for the most sincere and sweetest ladies that I have
ever had the priviledge to date.
Nelson truly is an honest person in a seemingly dishonest type of
business (mostly Russia). The staff at Charlie's Place Hotel is extremely
helpful and I have also met many great guys who have now become friends
of mine.
Remember the "key" to this is always the man though and the level
of
sincerity in your heart. If you are a decent, happy and caring person,
you will truly have the time of your life and will indeed find the
"girl next door" that you have been searching for here. As you can
see, "YES" I would greatly and happily recommend Nelson's agency and
Colombia as long as normal precautions are taken.
